Summary: The Manager is responsible for excellent customer service in the daily management and coordination of all aspects of apartment community operations including rent collection and apartment leasing, maintaining files for corporate and governmental compliance, inspections, recertifications and supervision of all office & maintenance staff.
Requirements: Proficient in computer skills including Word and Excel and have ability to operate all office equipment. Sales, customer service and marketing experience needed. Working knowledge of HUD, Section 8, Tax Credit, Eviction law, Fair Housing regulations and other legal issues affecting property management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must. Must be able to walk property and climb stairs. Perform other duties as assigned.
Must pass credit check, background and drug test. Must possess a valid drivers license.
Positions available in: Various locations. Your listed address of residence will be matched with the area or city in which you will be considered applying for. The Property Manager position may or may not be open in your city of residence at the time your application was received. If not, your application will certainly be maintained for future reference for when a position has come open in your city of residence. Standard Enterprises does not pay for relocation.

Required Education: High School or equivalent; ARM, CPM, CAM, CAPS or other applicable industry designations preferred. Onesite experience a plus.
