Standard Enterprises, Inc. is a full service development, construction, management, and real estate investment business. Our company was founded in 1948. In 1967 we built our first apartment community and in 1968 our Management Division was formed. Over the years we have developed and maintained standards of excellence in each field of operation.
Standard Enterprises, Inc. utilizes Federal and State affordable housing programs which encourage private investment in rental housing for low-income families. Through the sale of tax credits to investors, and along with financial support from local jurisdictions, Standard Enterprises, Inc. raises project funding for each development. This is a complex process and requires a well-orchestrated, collaborative effort between each of our departments that provide development, construction, and property management services.
